 TITLE
CRIME WITHOUT BORDERS: AN INTRODUCTION TO INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE
 ABSTRACT
This book deals with the so-called “dark side” to globalization: the way criminals have learned to take advantage of the globalized economy and the opening of borders in new and dangerous ways. The book looks at how different criminal justice institutions have developed to fight crimes that cross international boundaries, examining the new legal and law enforcement frameworks. The author then analyses some specific international crime issues such as war crimes, crimes against humanity, international terrorism and international drug trafficking, slavery and human trafficking, and cybercrime, thus providing a thorough insight to the newly developed international edge in modern criminal justice. ||
